At Gurgaon Super Tutors, we believe that learning should be flexible and convenient for students and parents. Accordingly, we generally do not require payment of the entire tutoring fee in advance. Fees are normally collected in smaller installments during the course of the tutoring engagement.
Students and parents are free to cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring session at any time prior to the commencement of the session. We understand that academic, personal, and family commitments may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate such requests whenever reasonably possible.
Fees paid for tutoring sessions that have already been completed are generally not refundable, as the educational services have already been delivered. However, if a payment has been made in error, duplicated, or exceeds the agreed amount, please contact us and we will review the matter promptly.
If a tutoring session cannot be conducted due to the unavailability of the tutor or circumstances within our reasonable control, the session may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Where rescheduling is not feasible, an appropriate adjustment, credit, or refund may be considered.
If a student or parent decides to discontinue tutoring services, no future installments will be payable for sessions that have not yet been delivered. Any refund request should be submitted to us in writing at info@gurgaonsupertutors.com, together with relevant details, so that we may review the request fairly and reasonably.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the objective of maintaining fairness for both students and tutors.
Payments to Tutors
Gurgaon Super Tutors operates primarily as a tutor-matching and academic support platform. Parents and students are free to make payments directly to the tutors providing educational services, subject to any mutually agreed payment arrangements between the parties.
Where payments are made directly to a tutor, Gurgaon Super Tutors is not a party to the payment transaction and does not control the tutor's receipt, processing, refund, or handling of such payments. Any payment-related questions, adjustments, credits, or refund requests relating to amounts paid directly to a tutor should ordinarily be discussed with the respective tutor in the first instance.
Nevertheless, if any concern arises regarding payments made to a tutor introduced through Gurgaon Super Tutors, parents and students may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication and help resolve the matter amicably.
Fees Payment Advisory
For the protection of students, parents, and tutors, Gurgaon Super Tutors strongly recommends that all payments be made through traceable banking channels, digital payment platforms, or other verifiable payment methods that generate a payment record.
Parents and students are advised not to make cash payments directly to tutors. Cash transactions can create difficulties in verifying payments, resolving disputes, maintaining accurate records, and determining whether services have been fully accounted for.
Where a parent or student chooses to make a cash payment directly to a tutor, such payment shall be deemed to have been made solely at their own discretion and risk. Gurgaon Super Tutors may be unable to verify, track, recover, or otherwise account for such cash payments. Accordingly, Gurgaon Super Tutors shall not be responsible for any dispute, misunderstanding, loss, or claim arising from cash payments made directly to a tutor.
Parents and students are encouraged to retain payment confirmations, receipts, bank records, screenshots, or other documentary evidence of all payments made in connection with tutoring services.
In addition, Gurgaon Super Tutors recommends that no payment exceeding USD 100 be made directly to a tutor as an advance payment unless all previous payments have been fully accounted for through tutoring sessions or asignment help sessions already delivered or through a clear written understanding between the parent and the tutor.
